Gaul Darn Delicious Tater Salad Recipe - Cooking Index
2 lbs | 908g / 32oz | Potatoes - boiled, peeled, chopped to 1/2" |
2 | Eggs - hard-boiled, chopped 1/4" | |
3/4 teaspoon | 3.8ml | Salt |
1/3 teaspoon | 1.7ml | Black pepper |
3/8 cup | 88ml | Sweet pickle relish |
3/4 oz | 21g | Yellow mustard |
1 1/2 oz | 42g | Red peppers - canned, chopped |
3/8 cup | 41g / 1.4oz | Celery - chopped |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Miracle Whip light |
Add all ingredients to large bowl or tub, and mix by hand.
Chill over night and serve.
