Garlic Bean Salad Recipe - Cooking Index
45 oz | 1278g | Cannellini or green beans |
Drained | ||
3/4 cup | 109g / 3.8oz | Parsley - chopped |
1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Green onion - chopped |
1 | Garlic - minced | |
6 tablespoons | 90ml | Olive oil |
4 tablespoons | 60ml | Cider vinegar |
Salt | ||
Ground pepper |
Put drained beans in a glass or ceramic bowl; mix in parsley, onion, garlic, oil, vinegar and seasonings.
Mix well, cover with plastic wrap or foil and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
