7 cups | 1659ml | Romaine lettuce - torn |
2/3 cup | 157ml | Seeded peeled cucumber - thinly sliced |
1/2 cup | 55g / 1.9oz | Carrot - thinly sliced |
1/3 cup | 20g / 0.7oz | Green onion - sliced |
6 | Cherry tomatoes - halved | |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Nonfat sour cream |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Parmesan cheese - grated |
1 1/2 tablespoons | 22ml | Lemon juice |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Water |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Vegetable oil |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Salt |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Pepper |
Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl.
Combine sour cream and next 6 ingredients (sour cream through pepper) in a small bowl; stir well with a wire whisk.
Spoon dressing over salad; toss gently to coat.
