Fruity Kohl-Slaw Recipe - Cooking Index
| 6 cups | 1422ml | Kohlrabi bulbs - peeled, grated (medium) |
| 1 cup | 237ml | Cabbage - shredded |
| 1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Red onion - diced (small) |
| 1 | Red delicious apple - cored, diced | |
| 1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Currants |
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Seedless grapes |
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Olive oil |
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Apple cider |
Combine the first 6 ingredients in a large bowl. Lightly drizzle the oil and cider over the top.
Gently toss and refrigerate for several hours to let the flavors mellow.
Toss and serve.
