Fruit Salad - 3

Recipe Ingredients

1   Vanilla or lemon or coconut pudding
1   Mandarin oranges
1   Pineapple chunks
1   Bananas (to 2)
1   Peaches
1   Pears
  Fresh cherries, if available

Recipe Instructions

Make pudding using juice from fruits to make 2 cups.

Add orange or pineapple juice to stretch to 2 cups if necessary.

Cut fruits into bite-sized pieces as needed.

Add to pudding and chill several hours before serving. Pretty garnished with mint.
