1 | Vanilla or lemon or coconut pudding | |
1 | Mandarin oranges | |
1 | Pineapple chunks | |
1 | Bananas (to 2) | |
1 | Peaches | |
1 | Pears | |
Fresh cherries, if available |
Make pudding using juice from fruits to make 2 cups.
Add orange or pineapple juice to stretch to 2 cups if necessary.
Cut fruits into bite-sized pieces as needed.
Add to pudding and chill several hours before serving. Pretty garnished with mint.
