Frozen Fruit Salad - 1

Recipe Ingredients

1 1/2 cups 355mlSeedless red grapes - halved
1 1/2 cups 355mlSliced ripe banana (3 medium)
1 1/2 cups 355mlGrapefruit sections (2 large)
1 1/2 cups 355mlCubed fresh pineapple
1 1/2 cups 355mlUnsweetened pineapple juice
1/4 cup 59mlWater
1/3 cup 78mlFrozen orange juice concentrate - thawed and undiluted

Recipe Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Pour into a 13- x 9- x 2-inch baking dish. Cover and freeze 8 hours or until firm.

Let stand at room temperature 1 hour before serving or until slightly thawed.
