Frozen Fruit Salad - 1 Recipe - Cooking Index
1 1/2 cups | 355ml | Seedless red grapes - halved |
1 1/2 cups | 355ml | Sliced ripe banana (3 medium) |
1 1/2 cups | 355ml | Grapefruit sections (2 large) |
1 1/2 cups | 355ml | Cubed fresh pineapple |
1 1/2 cups | 355ml | Unsweetened pineapple juice |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Water |
1/3 cup | 78ml | Frozen orange juice concentrate - thawed and undiluted |
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Pour into a 13- x 9- x 2-inch baking dish. Cover and freeze 8 hours or until firm.
Let stand at room temperature 1 hour before serving or until slightly thawed.
