Frozen Fruit Flip Recipe - Cooking Index
8 oz | 227g | Cream cheese - softened |
1 cup | 237ml | Mayonnaise |
1/4 cup | 49g / 1.7oz | Confectioners sugar |
1 | Cherry gelatin (to 3) | |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Boiling water |
1 cup | 237ml | Tangerine segments |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Pears - diced |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Crushed pineapple |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Peaches - diced |
1 cup | 237ml | Whipping cream |
Whip the cream cheese together with the mayonnaise and confectioners sugar.
Mix the gelatin together with the water and fold into the cheese mix.
Blend in the fruit.
Whip the cream and fold into the salad.
Pour the mixture into a bundt pan or mold. Freeze covered.
Unmold by immersing the pan into very hot water. Turn onto a serving platter. Serves 6-8
