Fresh Vegetable Salad

Recipe Ingredients

2 cups 292g / 10ozBroccoli florets
2 cups 292g / 10ozCauliflowerets
1/2 cup 55g / 1.9ozCelery - chopped
1/2 cup 73g / 2.6ozGreen pepper - chopped
1/2 cup 31g / 1.1ozOnion - chopped
1/4 cup 27g / 1ozGrated carrot
1 cup 237mlMiracle Whip
1/4 cup 49g / 1.7ozSugar
3 tablespoons 45mlParmesan cheese - grated
2   Bacon - cooked, crumbled

Recipe Instructions

Toss veggies in a large salad bowl.

Mix the rest except bacon and pour over veggies.

Toss to coat. Cover and chill.

Sprinkle with bacon just before serving.
