Fresh Spinach Slaw Recipe - Cooking Index
1 2/3 cups | 394ml | Ripe olives - pitted |
4 cups | 948ml | Spinach - shredded |
1 | Carrot - thinly shredded | |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Radishes - thinly sliced |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Green onion - thinly sliced |
1/4 cup | 27g / 1oz | Celery - thinly sliced |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Cottage cheese |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Salad oil |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Cider vinegar |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Dry mustard |
1 | Liquid red pepper seasoning |
Quarter olives.
Combine olives, spinach, carrot, radishes, onion, and celery.
Blend remaining ingredients and toss with spinach mixture.
