11 oz | 312g | Mandarin orange sections |
13 1/2 oz | 383g | Canned pineapple chunks in j |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Pineapple |
1 1/2 cups | 355ml | Mini marshmallows |
2 cups | 474ml | Sour cream |
3 1/2 oz | 99g | Flaked coconut |
Grapes/cherries for garnish |
Combine all ingredients except garnish, and chill several hours or overnight.
Serve on lettuce cups garnished with grapes or cherries.
