2 tablespoons | 30ml | Dijon mustard |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Worcestershire sauce |
1 | Garlic | |
1 | Lemon - juiced | |
2 | Anchovy fillets | |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Milk |
Salt and pepper | ||
2 | Romaine lettuce | |
Homemade croutons |
Combine ricotta, mustard, Worcestershire, garlic, lemon juice, anchovies, salt and pepper in blender.
Blend until well combined.
Add non-fat milk to adjust consistency.
Toss with greens and garnish.
