Dressing | ||
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Balsamic vinegar |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Soy sauce |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Lemon juice |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Liquid honey |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Fresh ginger - minced |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Black pepper |
1 | Garlic - minced | |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Olive oil |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Fresh basil - chopped |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Fresh coriander - chopped |
Dressing: In bowl, whisk together vinegar, soy sauce, lemon juice, honey, ginger, salt, pepper and garlic; gradually whisk in oil. Stir in coriander and basil.
Trim endives; separate into leaves.
Separate and tear radicchio and Boston lettuce into bite-size pieces.
In salad bowl, toss greens with dressing.
