1 1/2 cups | 219g / 7.7oz | Red delicious apple - diced |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Lemon low-fat yogurt |
3 cups | 711ml | Green cabbage - pre-sliced |
1/4 cup | 40g / 1.4oz | Raisins |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Dry-roasted peanuts - chopped |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Sweet and sour sauce |
Combine apple and yogurt in a bowl; toss well to coat.
Add cabbage and remaining ingredients; toss gently to coat
