1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Cooked - diced ham |
Hard-cooked eggs - chopped | ||
Apples - peeled cored, chopped | ||
Pickles - chopped | ||
3/4 cup | 109g / 3.8oz | Cooked - diced potatoes |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Italian or buttermilk dressing |
Combine ingredients and serve on lettuce leaves.
Waldorf salad is traditionally a mix of coarsely chopped nuts, apples, celery, and raisins combined with mayonnaise.
For a change, substitute fresh chunks of pineapple for the celery, and buttermilk dressing instead of mayonnaise.
