Dilled Cucumber Salad - 2 Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 237ml | Cucumber - peeled, seeded, |
Diced | ||
1 | Sour cream | |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | White wine vinegar |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Cayenne |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Onion - grated |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Fresh dill - chopped |
Mix sour cream, vinegar, salt, cayenne, and grated onion.
Stir in chopped dill and diced cucumber.
Refrigerate two hours before serving.
