2 | Seedless oranges - peeled and cored | |
2 | Apples; peeled - cored | |
2 | Bananas - sliced | |
2 cups | 292g / 10oz | Pitted dates; chopped |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Dried figs; chopped - or apricot |
1 cup | 237ml | Orange juice |
1 cup | 93g / 3.3oz | Almonds - chopped |
Here is a Sephardic Tu B'Shevat recipe.
Place fruit in serving bowl. Pour orange juice over fruit and mix gently.
Garnish with almonds or coconut. Cover and chill several hours before serving.
