Curry Chicken Salad Recipe - Cooking Index
Chicken breasts - boiled and cubed | ||
Grapes | ||
Cantaloupe - cubed or balled | ||
Curry powder | ||
Mayonnaise |
Mix chicken and fruit in a large bowl with enough mayo to coat, add curry to taste.
Allow to chill for a couple of hours so flavors can mix.
Some juice (not too much) will form from the fruit.
Best when served cold, on a hot day.
