Curried Waldorf Salad Recipe - Cooking Index
2 1/2 cups | 365g / 12oz | Red delicious apple - diced |
1 1/2 cups | 219g / 7.7oz | Granny smith apple - diced |
1 cup | 110g / 3.9oz | Celery - diagonally sliced |
1/2 cup | 80g / 2.8oz | Raisins |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Walnuts - chopped |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Curry powder |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Pepper |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Plain low-fat yogurt |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Honey |
Combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl; toss well.
Combine curry powder and next 3 ingredients; stir well.
Add to apple mixture, tossing gently to coat
