Cucumbers With Dill Dressing Recipe - Cooking Index
1/4 cup | 59ml | Red or white wine vinegar |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Sugar |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Dried dill weed |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Pepper |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Vegetable oil |
2 cups | 474ml | Cucumber slices |
1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Thinly sliced red onion - in rings |
2 cups | 125g / 4.4oz | Ripe tomatoes - cut in wedges (medium) |
Combine dressing ingredients in large bowl.
Add cucumber, onion and tomatoes; toss to coat.
Let stand about 15 minutes before serving.
