Cucumber Salad - 1 Recipe - Cooking Index
1 | Lime gelatin - (3 oz.) | |
1 cup | 237ml | Sour cream |
1 cup | 237ml | Hot water |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Cottage cheese |
1 cup | 237ml | Cucumber - scrubbed and grated |
1 cup | 237ml | Mayonnaise |
1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Onion - grated |
Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Let cool.
Add cucumber and onion to gelatin. Fold in sour cream, cottage cheese, and mayonnaise.
Pour into 6 cup mold and refrigerate at least four hours before serving.
