Crunchy Tuna Salad Recipe - Cooking Index
1 | Solid white tuna in water drained and flaked | |
1 | Water chestnuts - drained, chopped | |
1 cup | 110g / 3.9oz | Celery |
1/2 cup | 55g / 1.9oz | Carrot |
1/4 cup | 15g / 0.5oz | Green onion |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Low calorie mayonnaise |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Dijon mustard |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Soy sauce |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Pepper |
In large bowl, combine all ingredients. Cover and chill.
Line two plates with lettuce.
Spoon half of tuna salad onto each plate.
You can use low fat yogurt in place of mayonnaise.
