Crunchy Salad Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 cup | 55g / 1.9oz | Toasted sunflower seeds |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Toasted nuts of your choice OR |
1 cup | 237ml | Small shrimp |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Wheat germ |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Dried parsley |
2 1/2 cups | 592ml | Lettuce - shredded |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Mild cheese - diced |
1/2 cup | 80g / 2.8oz | Bean sprouts |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Cucumber - diced |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Bacon - crumbled |
Mix seeds, nuts, wheat germ and parsley. Combine with remaining ingredients in medium salad bowl.
Divide into two equal parts and serve with the dressing of your choice.
