Crimson Cranberry Molded Salad Recipe - Cooking Index
1 | Cherry gelatin (6 oz) | |
1 cup | 237ml | Boiling water |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
1 cup | 237ml | Cranberry juice cocktail |
1 | Cranberry-orange relish (10 oz) | |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Chopped apple |
1/2 cup | 55g / 1.9oz | Celery - chopped |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Nuts - chopped |
Oil 4 cup mold. In large bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water Stir in remaining ingredients.
Chill until mixture begins to thicken but not set.
Stir again. Pour into prepared mold.
Chill until firm, about 4 hours or overnight.
Unmold onto serving plate.
