Creamy Tofu Dressing Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 cup | 160g / 5.6oz | Firm tofu - (bean curd) |
| 1 cup | 93g / 3.3oz | Garlic clove - minced (large) |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Low-sodium soy sauce |
| 1 | Lemon - juice with pulp | |
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Dried leaf oregano |
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Dried leaf marjoram |
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Balsamic vinegar |
| 3 | Green onions - chopped | |
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Water - about |
Place tofu slices in a blender or a food processor fitted with the metal blade.
Add remaining ingredients and only as much water as needed to make desired consistency.
Process until smooth.
Makes 2 cups.
