Creamy Potato Salad Recipe - Cooking Index
6 teaspoons | 30ml | Boiled potatoes - drain/peel. (medium) |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Onion - chopped (medium) |
1/3 cup | 48g / 1.7oz | Sweet pickle - chopped |
1 1/4 cups | 296ml | Mayonnaise |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Sugar |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Vinegar |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Yellow mustard |
Salt - to taste | ||
3 | Hard-boiled eggs - chopped |
Combine potatoes, onion and sweet pickle.
Mix mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, mustard, and salt to taste.
Pour over potatoes and mix well.
Add chopped eggs and mix.
