Creamy Green Onion Salad Dressing Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Green onions - chopped |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | White wine vinegar |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Dijon mustard |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Mayonnaise or reduced-fat |
3/4 cup | 177ml | Sour cream or reduced-fat |
1 | Garlic - minced | |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Worcestershire sauce |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Msg salt to taste |
In a blender, whirl everything except the sour cream until smooth.
Blend in the sour cream by hand, and chill.
