Creamy Cucumber Dressing Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 237ml | Plain low-fat yogurt |
1/3 cup | 78ml | Peeled seeded - and finely cucumber |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Reduced-calorie mayonnaise |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Chopped green onions |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Lemon juice |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Salt |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Dried whole dillweed |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Pepper |
Combine all ingredients in a bowl; stir well. Cover and chill.
Yield: 1-3/4 cups.
Serving Ideas : Serve over mixed salad greens.
