Creamy Cucumber Dressing

Recipe Ingredients

1 cup	237ml	Plain low-fat yogurt
1/3 cup	78ml	Peeled seeded - and finely cucumber
1/4 cup	59ml	Reduced-calorie mayonnaise
2 tablespoons	30ml	Chopped green onions
2 tablespoons	30ml	Lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon	1.3ml	Salt
1/4 teaspoon	1.3ml	Dried whole dillweed
1/8 teaspoon	0.6ml	Pepper

Recipe Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a bowl; stir well. Cover and chill.

Yield: 1-3/4 cups.

Serving Ideas : Serve over mixed salad greens.
