Creamy Avocado Dressing Recipe - Cooking Index
1 | Avocado | |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Lemon juice |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Mayonnaise |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Vegetable oil |
1 | Garlic | |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Tabasco sauce |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
* This is easiest to prepare in a food processor, but you can use a blender.
Fit steel knife in the work bowl of processor. Process all ingredients until smooth and garlic is chopped into 1/8th inch pieces. This takes only about 10 seconds.
Yield: About 1-1/4 cups dressing.
Serving Ideas: Serve this with "Imperial Valley Salad".
