Cranberry Wine Salad Recipe - Cooking Index
2 cups | 474ml | Raspberry Jell-O (small) |
1 | Unflavored gelatin - soften | |
2 cups | 474ml | Water - boiling |
1 | Cranberry sauce | |
8 3/8 oz | 237g | Pineapple - crushed |
3/4 cup | 177ml | Port wine |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Walnuts * |
*Chopped or put in blender and pulse until smooth.
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; stir in cranberry sauce, pineapple and wine.
Chill until partially set. Fold in nuts. Pour into a 6-1/2 cup mold or 10-12 individual molds and chill until firm.
