Country Tossed Garden Salad Recipe - Cooking Index
1 | Bibb lettuce | |
1 | Green onions | |
3 | Celery stalks | |
4 | Radishes (large) | |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Mushrooms - brushed, sliced |
1 | Red bell pepper | |
1 | Cucumber (small) | |
1 | Radicchio (small) | |
1 1/2 cups | 219g / 7.7oz | Broccoli florets |
1 1/2 cups | 219g / 7.7oz | Cauliflower florets |
24 | Cherry tomatoes |
Wash and tear the lettuce into bite size pieces. Place into a large serving bowl.
Cut the onions, celery, radishes, mushrooms, pepper, cucumber and radicchio into coarse dice. Add to the lettuce.
Mix in the remaining vegetables. Serve with one or a combination of Italian, Ranch, Blue Cheese, Thousand Island dressings.
