Cornbread Salad Recipe - Cooking Index

1 | Cornbread mix - baked, cooled | |
Crumbled | ||
12 | Bacon - cooked crumbled | |
1 cup | 110g / 3.9oz | Celery - finely chopped |
2 | Fresh green onions - thinly sliced | |
2 | Tomatoes - chopped fine (large) | |
1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Green pepper chopped fine |
2 | Hard boiled eggs - chopped |
Mix all ingredients with enough mayonnaise to hold together.
Chill at least 2-3 hours or overnight.
