2 1/2 cups | 400g / 14oz | Cooked am 7 bean and barley - (drained) |
1 cup | 237ml | Avocado - cubed |
1/3 cup | 48g / 1.7oz | Cucumber - diced |
1/4 cup | 15g / 0.5oz | Onion - diced |
1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Pimiento - diced |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Fresh chives - snipped |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Fresh lemon juice |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Apple cider vinegar |
1/4 | Am sesame oil* | |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Sea salt - (optional) |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Onion powder |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Garlic powder |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Dried basil |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Dried oregano |
Combine cooled 7 Bean and Barley with remaining ingredients in a large salad bowl and toss lightly.
Serve Cold.
