Cool Cucumber Pasta Recipe - Cooking Index
| 8 oz | 227g | Penne pasta | 
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Vegetable oil | 
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Cucumbers - thinly sliced (medium) | 
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Onion - thinly sliced (medium) | 
| 1 1/2 cups | 297g / 10oz | Sugar | 
| 1 cup | 237ml | Water | 
| 3/4 cup | 177ml | Vinegar | 
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Prepared mustard | 
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Dried parsley flakes | 
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt | 
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Pepper | 
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Garlic salt | 
Cook the pasta according to package directions; drain and rinse in cold water. Place in a large bowl; stir in oil, cucumbers and onion.
Combine remaining ingredients; pour over salad and toss. Cover and chill for 3-4 hours, stirring occasionally.
Serve with a slotted spoon.
