20 | Marshmallows | |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Cheddar cheese - grated |
1/2 | Whipping cream | |
2 cups | 474ml | Boiling water |
1 | Lime Jell-O | |
1 | Crushed pineapple - drained | |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Pecans - chopped |
1 | Maraschino cherries |
Melt marshmallows in water.
Add lime Jell-O. Set to soft congeal.
Fold in whipped cream or Cool Whip and remainder of ingredients and refrigerate.
