Confetti Dressing

Recipe Ingredients

1 cup 237mlSalad oil
3/4 cup 177mlVinegar
1/3 cup 65g / 2.3ozSugar
1 teaspoon 5mlSalt
2   Green onions w/tops - sliced
1/4 cup 59mlPimiento stuffed olives
1/2 cup 118mlGreen pepper - cut into pieces (small)
1 cup 110g / 3.9ozCelery stalk - sliced (large)

Recipe Instructions

Put all of the ingredients into a blender container and blend until the vegetables are finely chopped.

Chill the mixture before serving. Stir the mixture before spooning the dressing over salad greens.

Makes approximately 2 1/3 cups of dressing.
