Confetti Dressing Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 237ml | Salad oil |
3/4 cup | 177ml | Vinegar |
1/3 cup | 65g / 2.3oz | Sugar |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
2 | Green onions w/tops - sliced | |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Pimiento stuffed olives |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Green pepper - cut into pieces (small) |
1 cup | 110g / 3.9oz | Celery stalk - sliced (large) |
Put all of the ingredients into a blender container and blend until the vegetables are finely chopped.
Chill the mixture before serving. Stir the mixture before spooning the dressing over salad greens.
Makes approximately 2 1/3 cups of dressing.
