3 tablespoons | 45ml | Kikkoman teriyaki sauce |
4 teaspoons | 20ml | Vegetable oil |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Honey |
3/4 teaspoon | 3.8ml | Grated lemon peel |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Lemon juice |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Grated fresh ginger root |
3 teaspoons | 15ml | Navel oranges* - peeled and (large) segment |
2 | Grapefruit* - peeled, segmented | |
Salad greens |
Whisk together teriyaki sauce, oil, honey, lemon peel and juice, and ginger; set aside. Arrange orange and grapefruit segments on 6 plates lined with salad greens.
Whisk dressing; spoon about 1 tbs over each salad.
*Other fresh fruits (strawberries, kiwi, pineapple, papaya, pears, apples) may be substituted for part or all of the citrus.
