Colorful Whole Grain Salad Recipe - Cooking Index
2 cups | 320g / 11oz | Cooked am brown rice --(medium grain) |
1 cup | 237ml | Cooked whole grain wheat - or- rye or red lentils |
1 | Green bell pepper - chopped | |
1 | Red bell pepper - chopped | |
1 | Purple onion - sliced thinly (medium) | |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Mayonnaise |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Plain yogurt |
Mix mayonnaise and yogurt.
Combine with all the other ingredients and toss.
Chill thoroughly.
