Coleslaw Dressing - Joyce's Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 cup | 118ml | Cider vinegar |
1/3 cup | 78ml | Vegetable oil |
1/3 cup | 65g / 2.3oz | Sugar |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Celery seed or celery salt |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Dijon mustard |
Salt and pepper |
In saucepan put vinegar, oil, sugar, celery seed or celery salt and bring just to a boil on medium heat.
Remove from heat and whisk in the Dijon mustard and salt and pepper. Refrigerate.
Can also be made in the microwave.
