3 cups | 711ml | Cabbage - thinly sliced |
1 cup | 110g / 3.9oz | Carrots - thinly sliced |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Nonfat yogurt |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Italian salad dressing, low calorie |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Onion - minced |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Celery seed |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Honey |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | White pepper |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Italian parsley - minced |
Blend or process all ingredients except cabbage and carrots.
Toss with cabbage and carrots.
