1/2 | Cabbage - white or red | |
2 | Celery ribs | |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Mayonnaise |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Plain yogurt |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Vinegar |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Mustard |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Sugar |
Shred or slice the cabbage and celery in a processor, or by hand.
Make your dressing by combining the remaining ingredients.
Toss the slaw and keep covered in the fridge
