Coconut Cream Dressing Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Sour cream |
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Flaked coconut |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Honey |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Lime juice |
In small bowl, combine all ingredients, mix well.
Chill before serving. Refrigerate leftovers.
Makes about 1/2 cup Dressing.
