Classic Potato Salad Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 237ml | Best Foods real mayonnaise |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Vinegar |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Salt |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Sugar |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Pepper |
4 cups | 948ml | Potatoes - (5 to 6 medium), cooked, cubed, peeled |
1 cup | 110g / 3.9oz | Celery - sliced |
1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Onion - chopped |
2 | Hard-cooked eggs - chopped |
Combine mayonnaise, vinegar, salt, sugar and pepper.
Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and chill.
Makes 5 cups.
