Classic Macaroni Salad - 1 Recipe - Cooking Index
2 cups | 474ml | Cooked macaroni |
2 | Eggs hard-boiled - chopped | |
1/4 cup | 27g / 1oz | Celery - chopped |
1/4 cup | 15g / 0.5oz | Onion - chopped |
1/3 cup | 78ml | Mayonnaise - up to 1/2 |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Sugar |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Vinegar |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt - or to taste |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Prepared mustard |
Pepper - to taste |
Combine all ingredients; stir well.
Cover and chill for several hours before serving.
