Classic Cole Slaw Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 cup | 237ml | Mayonnaise |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Sugar |
| 6 cups | 1422ml | Cabbage - shredded |
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Green pepper - thin sliced opt |
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Lemon juice |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
| 1 cup | 110g / 3.9oz | Carrots - shredded |
Combine first 4 ingredients.
Stir remaining ingredients. Cover; chill.
Makes 6 cups.
