Christmas Salad

Recipe Ingredients

1		Lime Jell-O
1		Lemon Jell-O
2 cups	474ml	Pineapple juice
1		Cream cheese (small)
1 cup	146g / 5.1oz	Pecans - chopped
1 cup	237ml	Boiling water
12 cups	2844ml	Marshmallows (large)
1 1/2 tablespoons	22ml	Salad dressing

Recipe Instructions

Prepare lime Jell-O with boiling water and 1 cup pineapple juice. Pour into square Pyrex dish, 10 x 10 inches. Refrigerate 3-4 hrs. until firm.

Combine lemon Jell-O, remaining cup of pineapple juice and marshmallows. Heat until melted and dissolved, cool.

Add remaining ingredients, mix well. Pour over lime Jell-O and refrigerate.
