Christmas Salad Recipe - Cooking Index

| 2 cups | 474ml | Pineapple juice |
| 1 | Cream cheese (small) | |
| 1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Pecans - chopped |
| 1 cup | 237ml | Boiling water |
| 12 cups | 2844ml | Marshmallows (large) |
| 1 1/2 tablespoons | 22ml | Salad dressing |
Prepare lime Jell-O with boiling water and 1 cup pineapple juice. Pour into square Pyrex dish, 10 x 10 inches. Refrigerate 3-4 hrs. until firm.
Combine lemon Jell-O, remaining cup of pineapple juice and marshmallows. Heat until melted and dissolved, cool.
Add remaining ingredients, mix well. Pour over lime Jell-O and refrigerate.
