Chinese Ginger Dressing Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 237ml | Seasoned rice vinegar |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Sesame oil |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Soy sauce |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Fresh gingerroot - grated |
Put all ingredients in a jar and shake thoroughly.
For a spicy variation, add 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of Asian hot pepper sauce.
