Chinese Cucumber Salad Recipe - Cooking Index
3 | Cucumbers | |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Soy sauce |
2 | Rice wine vinegar | |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Sugar |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Sesame oil |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Scallions - finely chopped |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Fresh ginger root - finely chopped |
Peel cucumbers. Slice thinly. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over cucumbers.
Stir carefully. Chill.
