Chicken Salad Supreme Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 237ml | Mayo or salad dressing |
1 | Mandarin oranges - 11 oz | |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Lime juice |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Green grape halves - seedless |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Nutmeg - ground |
3/4 cup | 82g / 2.9oz | Celery - chopped |
4 cups | 250g / 8.8oz | Chicken - cubed |
1/2 cup | 46g / 1.6oz | Almonds - slivered toasted |
Drain Mandarin Orange segments. In large bowl, combine mayonnaise, lime juice, salt, and nutmeg.
Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
Chill.
Serve on Lettuce leaves. Refrigerate leftovers.
