Chicken Salad Recipe - Cooking Index
1/3 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Celery - diced |
1/4 cup | 15g / 0.5oz | Green onions - finely chopped |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Reduced-fat mayonnaise |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Fresh parsley - chopped |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Plain nonfat yogurt |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Fresh lemon juice |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Dried basil |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Pepper |
2 oz | 56g | Diced pimento - (1 jar) |
2 cups | 125g / 4.4oz | Chicken breast - chopped cooked |
Combine the first 10 ingredients in a bowl, and stir well.
Stir in chicken; cover and chill.
