Chicken and Tomato Greek Salad Recipe - Cooking Index
1 | Chunk white chicken - well drained | |
1 | Ready-cut tomatoes - well drained | |
3/4 cup | 109g / 3.8oz | Unpeeled - diced cucumber |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Zucchini - diced (medium) |
1/4 cup | 15g / 0.5oz | Onion - chopped |
10 | Extra large black - olives, pitted, cut | |
1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Crumbled feta cheese |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Vintage lites white wine - vinegar and herb dressing |
Romaine lettuce leaves - chilled |
Combine chicken, tomatoes, cucumber, zucchini, onion, garlic, olives and cheese in a large bowl.
Add dressing and toss well.
Serve on lettuce leaves.
